My bizarre tongue symptom turned out to be stage 4 cancer - but I still trained for a Half Ironman during chemo

Most people wouldn't take on a Half Ironman after completing chemo and radiation therapy for stage 4 cancer. Then again, most people aren't Keith Giffney.
