Mukul Dev death: Devastated Rahul Dev performs last rites of brother; Salman Khan mourns the loss

Mukul Dev passed away at the age of 54. Renowned actor and model breathed his last in Delhi on May 23. Yesterday, the last rites of the actor were held at Lodhi crematorium, Delhi. Rahul Dev, his brother, was present during the last rites. Many pictures and videos of Rahul Dev have gone viral on social media. A devastated Rahul Dev carried out the last rites of Mukul Dev and bid a final adieu to his brother. Actor Vindu Dara Singh, who was Mukul Dev's co-star in Son of Sardaar, was also present.

Vindu Dara Singh fought tears as he attended the last rites of Mukul Dev. To the media present, Vindu Dara Singh spoke about Mukul Dev and said, "We were Tito and Tony duo in Son of Sardar, and sadly, Tony left us. The film will be released on the 25th of July, and I request everyone to shower their love on this film." He further recalled the time they spent in Scotland shooting for the film. Vindu Dara Singh asked everyone to remember Mukul for his craft.

Quite a few celebrities mourned Mukul Dev's death. Salman Khan took to social media to share a picture of Mukul Dev and wrote, "Miss you my dear Mukul Rest in Peace." Even Jr NTR penned a note expressing grief over Mukul Dev's passing. He wrote, "Saddened by the passing of Mukul Dev garu. Remembering our time in Adhurs and his commitment to the craft. My condolences to his family. Om Shanti." Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonu Sood, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Manoj Bajpayee, and many others took to their social media account to pay their condolences.

As per reports, Mukul Dev was in hospital for a week before breathing his last. He was said to be in ICU. He passed away at the age of 54 after battling brief illness.
