TOOTSIES. Steppers. Trotters. Whatever you call your feet, you probably don’t think about them much.
But there are people who think about feet all day long (known as foot fetishers) and spend their evenings trawling search engines and social media for pictures of them.

It’s not just any toes they’re trying to get a look at, though. They want to fawn over celebrities’.
From Margot Robbie’s barefoot scene in Barbie to Lily Allen’s OnlyFans, there’s enough content out there for foot-lovers to get their kicks.
“Foot fetishes are one of the most common kinks – and for good reason,” Gemma Nice, multi award- winning sex and relationship coach, says.
“The nerve endings in our feet and genitals are located closely together in the brain, so sometimes signals can get crossed. What starts as a physical sensation in the feet can end up triggering arousal.”
But biology isn’t the only reason behind the rise in foot related fantasies, Gemma notes.
“Some people associate feet with dominance or submission,” she adds. “Think stepping, crushing, trampling; these actions all tap into power play.
“There’s also the visual appeal – the arch of the foot, painted toes, heels, even scent – it’s very personal, and that’s what makes it powerful.”
Fascination with celebrity tootsies has become so widespread that there’s even websites dedicated to looking at pictures of them.
The most prominent one is WikiFeet, a photo-sharing site for sharing pictures of famous trotters, which allows users to upload and rate photos of celeb feet on a scale of one to five stars.
That’s not all. According to analysis of 516,000 global Google searches for 200 celebrities by Condoms UK, some celebs are receiving bundles of attention.

Wicked actress Ariana Grande, 31, has a ranking of “gorgeous feet” on WikiFeet – so it’s no surprise that her tootsie garner 11,000 searches every month.
This is despite the fact she broke three of her toes back in 2014, which was revealed by her then-manager, Scooter Braun, who posted a screengrab on Instagram of a text message she sent him.
It read: “Had a party last night and in front of people I slipped, slammed into a wall and broke three toes. Had the best weekend minus my foot injury.”
Ariana admitted in 2020 that she has a bit of an obsession with wearing high heels and, as a result, “there’s something wrong with her feet”.
Before that, she revealed “she wears heels so much that when she doesn’t have them on, she’ll walk on her tippy-toes”.
Lily Allen – 19k monthly searches

Not Fair singer Lily Allen directly leaned into the internet’s obsession with her feet and now runs an OnlyFans profile dedicated to her toes.
The 39-year-old even claims that she’s making more money flogging content of her trotters on the X-rated subscription platform than music streams.
She charges fans £8 to access her catalogue of pictures and videos, but will sometimes share teasers on her public social media profiles.
This has led to her feet receiving a staggering 19,000 monthly searches.
Lily recently hit back at criticism for her side hustle, saying: “Imagine being an artist and having nearly eight million monthly listeners on Spotify but earning more money from having 1,000 people subscribe to pictures of your feet.”

Transformers actress Megan Fox, 38, was renowned as the first bona fide sex symbol of the 21st century.
So, it’s understandable that internet sleuths with foot fetishes would be searching up her steppers a whopping 12,000 times a month.
They’re not the only ones, either, with her musician boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly saying weeks after they got together in July 2020: “It’s no secret. I think feet are beautiful and I think Megan has the most beautiful feet that exist.”
The pair went public about their relationship several weeks after the release of his song Bloody Valentine, for which Megan and her feet featured in the music video
In one scene, mum-of-four Megan’s feet are shown close-up and pressing against her beau’s feet – and she later revealed that she got a pedicure specifically for the occasion.

She might not be banking thousands of monthly searches, but WAG Abbey Clancy, 39, is well aware of the fascination surrounding her feet.
The mum-of-four receives around 80 searches a month and even has a five star rating on WikiFeet, a website dedicated to ranking celebrity toes.
She addressed this on her podcast with husband Peter Crouch, The Therapy Crouch, and said: “My feet aren’t the best… It makes me feel uneasy.”
It’s not the first time that Abbey has addressed fascination with her feet.
She told the Daily Star in 2012: “I’ve got this weird man on Twitter who’s obsessed with my feet. He always asks what shoes I’m wearing and stuff like that. I don’t reply to him obviously but he keeps messaging me.”
Jenna Ortega – 35k monthly searches

But you’d be wrong, as her tootsies draw in an eye-watering 35,000 monthly searches from those with foot fetishes… and those who are simply curious.
The 22-year-old has been known to rock extremely high heels, many of which have been custom designed for her, to elongate her pint-size frame.
She has a five star ‘gorgeous’ rating on WikiFeet, with the majority of the highly-rated pictures being from her red carpet appearance in stilettos.
Like many other celebrities who top the foot fetish monthly searches, Jenna has never addressed fascination.

The Euphoria actress, who plays troubled teenage drug addict Rue in the series, is no stranger to having her feet front-and-centre at work.
One scene from her 2021 film Malcolm & Marie even shows her feet being fawned over by co-star John David Washington, who plays her love interest.
She has never directly addressed attention from foot fetishers, but is known to find being under the spotlight of fame “quite strange and weird and confusing and invasive”.

Now widely regarded as the newest female sex symbol in Hollywood, her feet receive 18,000 more searches a month than her co-star.
