In Paris, around 200 American expats and other activists gathered on the Place de la République to protest against Trump. In London, hundreds of people gathered in Trafalgar Square, chanting slogans like “Hands off Canada,” “Hands off Greenland,” and “Hands off Ukraine” while holding signs reading “Proud American Ashamed” and “WTAF America?” The protests echoed widespread discontent with Trump’s aggressive trade policies and the U.S. administration’s role on the global stage.
