London Pride will take the city by storm this weekend, transforming the capital into a colourful and safe space for celebrations.

Thousands of participants are expected to descend on the city centre tomorrow for the famous LGBTQ+ event.

More than 35,000 registered attendees from over 600 diverse groups will make their way along the streets of London for the festivities, from grassroots community organisations to sports clubs and non-profits, as well as faith groups and more.

Pride in London said the event serves as a ‘reminder that while much has been achieved, the fight for full equality is far from over’, adding that Pride is a ‘collective movement’ and a ‘call to action for the rights that have yet to be won’.

Here’s everything you need to know about London Pride 2026, including when the event and parade are taking place, the route, and where all the stages are.

London Pride parade: When does it start and what’s the route?

The London Pride parade begins at 12pm on Saturday, July 4, and is planned to finish around 6pm.

Like previous years, it will begin at Hyde Park Corner and turn towards Piccadilly.

It will then pass through Piccadilly Circus and head south to Haymarket, passing Trafalgar Square before finishing at Whitehall at around 6pm.

Limited seating at grandstands will be available at various spots along the parade route, including near Piccadilly Circus and on Cockspur Street, along with accessible toilets.

Are there any road closures?

Yes, dozens of roads will be closed in central London for the Pride parade, including several streets in Soho as well as Pall Mall, Piccadilly, and more.

Thankfully, Pride in London has created a handy map that lists all of the roads that will be closed on the day, as well as timings.

If you are travelling in for London Pride, the organisation recommends that you take the Tube to zone one stations like Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, and Bond Street, which are all just short walks away from the parade route.

Where are the stages and lineup at London Pride?

The 2026 London Pride event will include six different stages, including:

Trafalgar Square (Main stage) Leicester Square (The LGBTQIA+ Women ‘s stage) Dean Street (Cabaret stage) Soho Square (Trans and Non-Binary Community stage) Golden Square (World stage) Victoria Embankment Gardens (Family Space & Youth Zone)

Each of the stages will feature performances that honour the LGBTQ+ community, while also offering attendees safe spaces for quiet reflection.

Some of the performers set to make an appearance include headliner MNEK, as well as Beth Ditto, Asifa Lahore, Meek, the West London Queer Choir, Angeli, Danny Beard, the winner of Drag Idol UK (yet to be announced), and many more.

How else is London Pride being celebrated today?

Venues across the capital will hold afterparties, including the Clapham Grand in Battersea that will feature special guests Liberty X among others.

Colour Hoxton in Shoreditch is putting on a bill of performances from DJs across three rooms from 9.30pm into the early hours, while Colour Factory in Hackney boasts a setlist of various DJs and performers from the early afternoon to sunrise on Sunday morning.

The Royal Vauxhall Tavern in Vauxhall is also hosting a celebratory night of music, along with Dalston Superstore, which will both feature appearances from DJs and performers.

Tickets to the above events are mostly limited, so make sure to book your tickets before they sell out.

If you’re looking for something to do later in the month, London Trans Pride will be celebrated on Saturday, July 25. Details for that will be released later.
