Mafia: The Old Country is taking players back to 1900s Sicily to take part in the rise of Enzo Favara, and a new gameplay trailer has given a fresh look at the gorgeous setting and brutal conflicts of organized crime. The Old Country's first full trailer was released at The Game Awards 2024, but it did not provide much insight into the actual gameplay.
