Less than two months after Galadriel's (Morfydd Clark) long-lost husband and Elf lord, Celeborn, was confirmed to appear in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3, another even more exciting plot detail has come to light. The new season takes place five years after the catastrophic events of Season 2, during the height of the War of the Elves and the Dark Lord. Unlike previous seasons, it is expected to premiere with its first four episodes in two months, on November 11, 2026, followed by two more episodes on November 18 and the final two on November 25.
