'Longlegs' Filmmaker Osgood Perkins Sets First-Look Deal With Neon

After a series of hits, Osgood Perkins has a permanent home at Neon. The independent film production and distribution company has set a first-look deal with the "Longlegs" and "The Monkey" director.
