One of the Genshin Impact Concert performances won’t happen as planned, as the London show is now delayed until 2025. The performance was supposed to take place on October 29, 2024. Instead, it will now be held on March 22, 2025.
This change in date also means a change in venue. The Genshin Impact Concert London show was originally supposed to be held at the OVO Arena in Wembley. The new location is now the Eventim Apollo in London proper.
The announcement also brought with it details about getting new tickets and refunds. All of the ones for the October 29, 2024 show will still be good for the March 22, 2025 performance. The email associated with your initial purchase will be contacted with the new e-ticket. For those who would need a refund due to the change in plans, HoYoVerse noted people can go through the AXS support site or contact the OVO Arena customer service at [email protected].
Here’s the official statement about the delayed Genshin Impact Concert in London. It noted scheduling conflicts and “logistical challenges” as the cause for the cancellation.
One of the last performances was held at the Grand Cube Osaka Main Hall in Osaka, Japan, and that happened back on September 28, 2024.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. The 5.1 update debuts on October 9, 2024. The Xbox Series X version launches on November 20, 2024.
