‘Left Boob Was Under My Armpit’: Brandi Glanville Shockingly Leaves Special Forces After Injury

Brandi Glanville‘s comeback on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test ended almost as soon as it began after the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum suffered an injury. The damage was extensive, and she was medically disqualified from Season 5 of the reality competition series.

Just 14 hours into the season, Brandi Glanville became the first recruit to medically withdraw from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 5 on September 24.

In Thursday’s opener, Glanville was one of 15 celebrities taking on a military-style training course in the Malaysian jungle. The cast kicked off with a brutal first challenge requiring a backward dive from a helicopter into a river. The mom of two attempted it and said that she knew “immediately” upon impact that something was wrong.

The 53-year-old recalled, “I felt my head crash into the water, and I thought that was it — it was like a baseball bat to my head. And then all of a sudden my full body slams into the water, and I’m like, ‘Ugh.’”

She added, “I was trying to do a thumbs up, and then I went thumbs down, and I couldn’t swim because everything hurt. I had one arm I could move. This whole left [side], I still have a heating pad [on all the time]. I’m still hurt. It was intense.”

Moments after the jump, Brandi Glanville cried out about a serious injury to her sternum while she was trying to make it to the dock. The DS then explained that she had over-rotated and slammed into the water hard, confirming she did not complete the challenge. After returning to the rest of the cast, the “Famously Single” star stayed on the ground in obvious pain, clutching her head before a medic came to examine her.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Glanville shared that her head was spinning and she felt nauseous. However, she refused to let the cameras catch her throwing up. The “Family Reunion” actress said, “I knew I wasn’t staying. My left boob was under my armpit!”
