Nadaaniyan starring Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor has drawn a lot of attention, not for its success but the controversies around the film. It marks the debut of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son in Bollywood. Though movie buffs expected it to be an entertaining film, Nadaaniyan received harsh criticism post its release. The film got termed as a major disappointment by critics and audiences alike. What drew the maximum attention was Ibrahim Ali Khan's alleged reply to a Pakistani critic. A screenshot of an alleged chat exchanged between Ibrahim and the critic had gone viral on social media leading to a major controversy as it had the star kid threatening the critic. Now, the Pakistani critic has shared another video on social media claiming that he is facing online harassment after his review of Nadaaniyan.
Pakistani critic named Tamur Iqbal took to his Instagram account to share a video stating that he is being subjected to online harassment majorly from Indian social media users for his review of Nadaaniyan. He stated that people should take a chill pill and not turn it into a major rivalry. He added that even after 48 hours of his review, the abusive comments have not stopped on his Instagram. He further said, "Don't turn it into some Indo-Pak rivalry. It's not. Take a chill pill. It's just a bad movie, I posted a story about it and it got the attention of Ibrahim Ali Khan, leading to this entire mess."
In the video, he also mentioned that the leading cast of the film should be thankful as the controversy drew attention to Nadaaniyan. "On a lighter note, the leading stars should thank me for creating this controversy about a movie which was completely dead and buried," he said. Tamur further criticised the film and called it 'lousy'. To Ibrahim, he sent 'good luck'.

He simply reacted, "Main bas ye hi kahunga, ek purane film ka alfaaz hai ki kuch toh log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kehna chhodo bekaar ki baatein, beet na jaaye raina. Bas ye hi kehna chahunga main."
