Job Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience in data analysis and compilation is an advantage. Prior experience in fundraising or event coordination is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on potential donors, corporate sponsors, and funding opportunities. Assist in the preparation of grant applications, fundraising proposals, and donor outreach materials. Support the planning, organisation, and execution of fundraising events and campaigns (both online and offline). Maintain and update donor records in the donation management system (Ka-Ching). Provide administrative support to the corporate partnerships team as required. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align fundraising initiatives and collaboration opportunities with organisational goals. Contribute to the development of marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising efforts.
