Last hero of Dunkirk dies aged 105: WWII sailor helped rescue troops from French beaches while his ship was bombed by Nazi planes during 'miracle of deliverance' 85 years ago

Duncan McInnes was on board HMS Saladin which rescued hundreds of troops from the beaches of Dunkirk in May 1940. The telegraphist made seven return trips to Northern France.
