Landman season 2 is even more exciting now that Taylor Sheridan has cast a Western legend to fill out the show’s robust ensemble. Landman season 1 premiered alongside Yellowstone season 5, part 2, endearing itself to many of Sheridan’s large fanbase. However, rather than in the mountainous scenery of Paradise Valley, Montana, Landman takes place in the West Texas oil fields, following the series’ lead, Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton), and his eccentric family.
