LA on lockdown as woke mayor enacts curfew and finally declare 'local emergency' after immigration protesters reap chaos

From 8pm Tuesday through to 6am Wednesday, swathes of the city will be under a strict lockdown as officers fight to regain control and stamp out widespread violence and destruction.
