Shah Rukh Khan fans want to know every interesting detail about his much-anticipated project, King. The superstar will reunite with Pathaan director Siddharth Anand for his next. For the aforementioned project, SRK has had to undergo a massive physical transformation. If rumours are anything to go by, there is another update on the movie. Reportedly, the makers want to cast a big star for a special role in the film. As reports suggest, actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone's names are being considered.

On Reddit, netizens have been discussing on who should bag the role between Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone. A user wrote, "Dp! Please don't be a mom again. It's boring now." One more person doesn't want Deepika to play a mom and commented, "DP shouldn't do if it's Suhana's mom in flashback role." A user posted, "Arghh. Don't want either. Kareena never works for SRK dream projects (Asoka, RaOne flopped) & DP+SRK again would be an overkill.

It would be interesting to see who will bag the cameo in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer. The movie also features Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma. It will go on floors in June this year and will hit theatres in the second half of 2026.
