According to a new report from The Hollywood Reporter, New Line Cinema has filed a cross claim in arbitration proceedings against Costner’s company, Horizon Series, alleging breaches in their co-financing deal for the $100 million epic. The legal move is tied to an ongoing dispute initiated by City National Bank, which claims it's owed repayment by both parties involved in the production of Horizon: Chapter 1.
