Comedienne Kathy Griffin took to social media today to tell a story about an interaction she had with Lady Gaga at the gym.
Gaga chatted her up and, while Kathy didn't recognize her at first, Kathy ended up blurting out how worried she was that audience members would be nervous about showing up to her then-upcoming comedy show due to protests by Tr*mp supporters.
Kathy then recognized her when Gaga took Kathy's hand in both of hers and told her: "Kathy, what you do is important. You go all over this country and you make people laugh at a time we need it more than we ever have. So you just get out there and do your thing, and you're gonna be great."
Kathy states that her jaw dropped while Gaga walked off and that she was grateful for that moment. However, she added: "And no, I'm not gonna do the Abracadabra dance."
