Kaskade to Take ORIGIN// Production on Tour

Kaskade is taking the ORIGIN// production on the road later this year on a limited-run tour that will see him head to Miami, Brooklyn, Santa Monica, and Austin.

You can’t mention legendary artists in the dance music scene without bringing Kaskade up in the conversation. The eight-time GRAMMY Award-nominated artist has done it all over the years, from releasing defining tracks to curating memorable events, all while staking an even bigger claim at festivals like EDC Las Vegas and Coachella. The past few years have seen Kaskade continue his journey, and now he’s entered his ORIGIN// era.

Following the success of his collaborative project with deadmau5, Kx5, and the release of undux, his most personal album to date, Kaskade has shaken things up for ORIGIN//. The new live concept first debuted at Coachella earlier this year, where he took over the Sahara for sets across both weekends that filled the crowd with energy. He also teased fresh tunes with artists like Layton Giordani, Crankdat, and BUNT. that will also find a home on the album, which is due out later this year.

Those who couldn’t make it to Coachella to experience the stage setup in person will be stoked on Kaskade’s latest announcement: he’s bringing the ORIGIN// stage to select cities across the US. Brooklyn, Santa Monica (Los Angeles), Miami, and Austin are the four stops that have been revealed for this curated tour, with more anticipated to be revealed at a later date.

Of the stops, only Miami has a date set so far: September 18. That day will see him head to Factory Town for a night in South Florida that Kaskade’s biggest fans won’t want to miss. Expect a performance filled with new material and his biggest hits.

The news of this short run tour coincided with the release of “Runaway,” Kaskade’s latest single off ORIGIN//. For this tune, he teamed up with GLOCKEBACH and Kaitlin Aragon to add another dimension to this forthcoming album.
