Kanye West has posted a new picture with wife Bianca Censori after he made a shock confession that he had a sexual relationship with his cousin as a child.

Following rumours they had split, it appears the US rapper and Yeezy architect are still an item, as West posted a picture of them united on his X.

The picture shows West wearing a black hoodie and trousers, with Censori in another scantily-clad outfit, comprised of a silver bodysuit and thigh-high black boots.

This comes as the controversial All Falls Down hitmaker, 47, took to social media explaining the meaning of his upcoming song called COUSINS, shocking fans with his admissions.

‘This song is called COUSINS about my cousin that’s locked in jail for life for killing a pregnant lady a few years after I told him we wouldn’t “look at dirty magazines together” anymore,’ the US rapper wrote on social media.

‘Perhaps in my self centered mess I felt it was my fault that I showed him those dirty magazines when he was 6 and then we acted out what we saw.

‘My dad had playboy magazines but the magazines I found in the top of my moms closet were different.

‘My name is Ye and I sucked my cousins d**k till I was 14,’ he added.

West, who now goes by Ye, also shared a snippet of the song and video, which featured disjointed clips including a semi-pornographic tattoo of a woman with swastika symbols on her nipples.

West did not reveal which cousin he was talking about, but did talk about the a family member on Jimmy Kimmel in 2018.

‘My cousin is locked up for murder and I love him. So he did a bad thing, but I still love him,’ the rapper said during a rant about approaching Donald Trump with love.

While his cousin’s identity is not known, West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian previously talked about a cousin on Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project in 2020.

Speaking to Marc Howard, president of the Frederick Douglass Project for Justice and director of Georgetown University’s Prisons and Justice Initiative, Kim said: ‘[Kanye’s] cousin has a double life sentence for a murder that he committed when he was 17.

She added that Kanye’s aunt has accepted her son’s fate and added: ‘She’s like, “I’m not even that distraught anymore. Like, that’s just what happens to the kids in our neighbourhood.” There’s just no other choice.’

Apart from these two mentions of West’s cousin, he has never been publicly referred to by him or associates before.

Over the past few years, West has caused uproar with his problematic views and statements, and has perhaps become more associated with parading around his wife Bianca Censori naked, than for any recent music.

However their marriage is now the focus of West’s upcoming album, titled WW3, which includes a track called BIANCA.

In it, West appears to confirm their reported breakup and reveals she attempted to get him help, as he rapped: ‘My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick I just do not get it.

‘She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep / I really don’t know where she’s at.’

The track also features claims that Bianca left after Kanye had tracked her location, with the lyrics stating: ‘I’m tracking my b***h through an app / I’m tracking my b***h through the city.

‘She hop in the car and she ran / My b***h just don’t understand / Sometimes it just feel like it’s planned.’

He also took aim at Bianca’s family, rapping that they want him ‘locked up’ while also pleading: ‘Bianca, I just want you to come back / Come back to me / I know what I did to make you mad.’

This came after reports suggested the model and Yeezy architect wanted to end their relationship because it had become ‘an aggressive situation’.

A source told Page Six: ‘She’s gotta go, but he’s obsessed with her. It’s been hard for her to get [out on her own] and move around.’
