In a now-deleted TikTok video posted on April 26, Kath Ebbs opened up about the painful breakup with JoJo Siwa, admitting they’re still processing what went wrong.

The nonbinary influencer (who uses they/them and she/her pronouns) said they flew to the UK to support Siwa during the Celebrity Big Brother finale, only to have their relationship end abruptly at the show’s afterparty.

“I was told there are confused feelings there… that they realized in the house that I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable [future with],” Ebbs revealed.

Much of the tension appears to stem from JoJo Siwa’s close friendship with fellow Celebrity Big Brother contestant Chris Hughes. Viewers watched as the pair grew increasingly affectionate throughout the season, cuddling and exchanging secret notes. In one episode, Hughes kissed Siwa on the cheek. Their bond raised eyebrows, especially after Siwa confessed she no longer identifies as a lesbian but as “queer.”
