Since then, well, she’s just worked and worked and worked, starring in Fargo and Chernobyl, wowing London audiences with her award-winning portrayal of Sally Bowles in Cabaret, earning an Oscar nomination for The Lost Daughter, narrowly missing out on one with Women Talking. Oh and recording a Mercury Prize-shortlisted album with Bernard Butler.
