Jenna Ortega refused to repeat her iconic dance from Wednesday season 1, while promoting the second season. The season is expected to be released in two parts, as Wednesday season 2, part 1 will debut on August 6, 2025, while part 2 will be released on September 3, 2025. The cast will include Ortega reprising her role as Wednesday, Emma Myers as Enid, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia, and other major returning stars. At Netflix's Tudum event, the streaming giant also announced that Lady Gaga will be playing the enigmatic Nevermore teacher Rosaline Rotwood in part 2.
