JD Vance to skip 9/11 event in New York to pay respects to Charlie Kirk

Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance will visit Salt Lake City, Utah on Thursday to pay respects to Charlie Kirk's family. They will no longer go to New York City for 9/11 remembrance.
