Janine (Quinta Brunson) and Gregory (Tyler James Williams) are one of the sweetest couples among the teachers of Abbott Elementary, and thanks to Brunson’s creative decisions as the showrunner, they are likely to stay that way. The focus of the series is on the teachers and students at the titular elementary school, so the romance between the two teachers does not have to be a driving story for the show, but it has made for a great viewing experience.
