Jackie 'O' Henderson has made a shock confession on the airwaves about her surprising role in a longstanding radio feud.
Henderson's The Kyle and Jackie O Show co-host Kyle Sandilands has been locked in a public feud with comedian Dave Hughes for nearly two decades.
It kickstarted in 2007 when Hughes took a quip at Sandilands while hosting the Logies.

Two years later, the pair exchanged heated messages on X (then Twitter), taking swings at radio ratings.
While discussing the 18-year-long feud timeline on Thursday morning's show – which recently reignited – Sandilands raised one issue: he's never had social media.
"That can't be true because I have never been on Facebook, Twitter, X, Instagram. I've never posted ever anything in my life, nor have I got into a Twitter war," he said.

That's when Henderson came clean with something she had "never told" him before.
The star recalled feeling "so frustrated at how many people were attacking" Sandilands on social media, so took it upon herself to respond.

"And so, I went on Twitter, and I started trolling the people who were attacking you. And I wrote these things," she explained, admitting she had impersonated Sandilands.
Sandilands recalled being confused at the time where Hughes' "aggression" came from.
"Now I know it's from you," he told his co-host.

Hughes joined the pair later on in the show and said he was "shocked" to learn of Henderson's involvement in the Twitter war.
"It wasn't Jackie's feeling that were being hurt. It was me and Kyle's feelings that were being hurt on that. So yeah, that was unbelievable."
Hughes also took the time to address recent controversial comments that he had "no empathy" for Sandilands in an interview with the Herald Sun.
The comedian clarified he was not aware of Sandilands' health diagnosis at the time and his response was about the shock jock's Melbourne radio ratings.

Sandilands revealed last month he was to undergo surgery for a brain aneurysm.
He later revealed a second aneurysm had been discovered, this time in his chest.
Hughes previously starred on breakfast radio with his 2Day FM show, Hughesy, Ed and Erin.
The show was axed in August 2024.
