Ivorians to sue France after French soldiers opened fire on protesters in 2004

People in Ivory Coast and France are marking 20 years since one of the bloodiest chapters, in contemporary Franco-Ivorian relations. Two decades ago, the French army opened fire on civilians in the West African nation during protests. Today, some in Ivory Coast are still calling for justice.
