Italy says it’s suspending EU Schengen arrangement with Spain after 60,000 migrants reach Ceuta – Europe live

The measure will impact people travelling by plane or boat between the two countries

Spanish prime minister Pedro Sánchez is now in Ceuta, accompanied by interior minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska.

He first visited the Tarajal border crossing, and is now talking to officials from local authorities, border and police services.
