Not to be that girl, but Christmas is approaching. In the world of Coronation Street, however, it’s already arrived.

Star Ryan Mulvey, who plays Brody Michaelis in the ITV soap, recently shared a video on his TikTok of a number of stars enjoying the fake snow and Christmas vibes in Weatherfield.

Ryan has played Brody since 2025. He was brought up by Lou and Mick Michaelis, but it was eventually revealed that his biological dad is actually Kit Green (Jacob Roberts).

Brody currently lives with foster parents Tim and Sally Metcalfe (Joe Duttine and Sally Dynevor), along with siblings Shanice and Joanie, as well as Lucy, who is the daughter of Tim’s cousin.

The possibility of Brody being involved in the big Christmas episodes has increased now, as star Ryan uploaded a behind the scenes video of the cast filming for the festive period.

The actor shared a glimpse of what the Rovers Return will look like in the winter and, unsurprisingly, with Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) running the pub, the Christmas tree is pink!

A number of familiar faces feature in the video including Alison King (Carla Connor-Swain), David Neilson (Roy Cropper) and Joe Duttine.

The Corrie faves are absolutely loving the rare treat of playing in the snow in October – but will the cobbles be dusted with the real stuff by the time Christmas actually arrives?

While storylines for the festive season haven’t been revealed in full detail, we know that Jodie Ramsey (Olivia Frances-Brown) will be a focus.

‘It’s gonna be a bleak Christmas for Jodie, that’s all I’m going to say,’ Olivia previously told us.

Star Nathan Sussex, who plays Tim’s cousin Richie Anderson, has also indicated that his character will be at the centre of the Corrie drama in December.

‘When you get a job like this, they kind of tell you the story arc, but, of course, because it’s a new storyline, I only know stuff up until a certain period’, he said in a chat with BBC Wales.

‘I’ve been kind of given sort of a brief that this is what could happen, but I don’t know myself. All I know is it’s quite a big Christmas hook, and you know the dream, I would love to be in Coronation Street on Christmas Day.

‘While you’re tucking into your Ferrero Rochers or your Roses, yes, I’ll be on your screens. I don’t know. Perhaps. Isn’t that the dream?’
