LOVE Island viewers have been left raging after a fan favourite couple was snubbed during the finale.

People complained that Sophie Piper and Josh Ritchie only came in third place despite having some of the most ‘genuine’ chemistry on the show.

Viewers think the results were ‘fixed’ to allow exes Molly and Callum to face off against each other for first place.

The pair had a three year relationship but split up before coming on All Stars.

Fans have been rooting for them to get back together all season and were left heartbroken when the pair agreed to just be friends, cracking on with new partners.

Molly and Tom ended up going on to sweep up the grand prize of £50,000 – with her ex boyfriend coming in second place with his new beau Jess.

Unhappy audience members at home think it is unfair that Sophie and Josh weren’t in the top two.

Love Island All Stars final places

WINNERS – Tom Clare and Molly Smith

2nd place – Callum Jones and Jess Gale

3rd place – Sophie Piper and Joshua Ritchie

4th place – Georgia Steel and Toby Aromolaran

5th place – Georgia Harrison and Anton Danyluk

One person hit out: “No way Sophie and Josh came third this is fixed.”

Another agreed: “If Tom and Molly win that’s it I’m not watching again because this is rigged.”

A third shocked viewer wrote: “No way did Sophie and Josh come in third, we want a recount.”

Someone else exclaimed: “Sophie and Josh should have won!”

A fifth chimed in: “UK folks vote based off popularity.., Josh & Sophie had a better connection than Callum & Molly’s couples ever had.”
