After claiming the franchise’s highest critics and audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s fair to say we’re so back with Final Destination Bloodlines. The more-than-a-decade wait was very much well worth it for the elevated horror cinema that audiences have been feasting their eyes on all weekend. While there are certainly a lot of folks who contributed to the production’s success, we’re incredibly thankful to co-directors Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, whose well-thought-out, Final Destination-esque interview helped them seal the deal. We’re happy to relish the glory of Bloodlines, but we’d be lying if we weren’t asking, “What’s next?” Following such a solid success, will Lipovsky and Stein return to the franchise down the road, or was Final Destination Bloodlines, well, their final destination?
