Israel strikes 120 targets in Gaza Strip over past day, as Gaza Health officials say at least 44 killed

The Israeli Air Force hit some 120 targets in the Gaza Strip over the past day including buildings, tunnels and a surveillance post it says were being used by terror groups, as the Jewish state presses its military advance on the enclave.
