Deckhand Johnny Arvanitis and Bosun Wihan Du Toit both got fired in one fell swoop on Below Deck Down Under season 3, but is Johnny really worse than his problematic boss? Captain Jason Chambers' shed his villain edit by sticking to his guns and firing both of them, despite the increased workload for the remaining deckhands, Harry Van Vilet and Adair Werley. However, he was able to quickly hire Bosun Nate Salmon and Deckhand Nicolas Cattelan. While it all worked out in the end, I think it's important to remember who the real villain was here.
