Iraqi asylum seeker wins right to stay in UK after claiming he couldn't go back to home country because his tattoos 'deviated from principles of Islam'

The Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber heard that the Kurdish Man, granted anonymity, fled Iraq after his father and uncle even tried to burn the tattoos off his skin.
