Warning: This article contains SPOILERS for Invincible season 3's finale, "I Thought You'd Never Shut Up".After overcoming the Invincible War and Conquest's arrival on Earth, the future should look bright for Invincible's main characters, but one detail regarding the finale hints at a worrying road ahead. Despite how much Rex Splode's death hurt in Invincible season 3, the majority of the show's main characters escaped with their lives. There were plenty of civilian casualties and numerous close calls in the season's final two episodes, but most of Invincible's frequently recurring heroes survived these brutal battles and will make a full recovery. Unfortunately, there's no time to celebrate though, as the worst is still to come.
