Will Intelligence be able to come back from this? After playing a game of cat and mouse with Deputy Chief Reid (Shawn Hatosy) in Chicago P.D. Season 12, Episode 21, "Open Casket," Reid one-upped Intelligence. He came through on the threats he'd been dangling over them for most of Season 12 as Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) got arrested and Burgess (Marina Squerciati) was stripped of her badge. "Forced to cease operations while under investigation by Internal Affairs, Intelligence goes off-book to bring down Reid. Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) and Burgess consider delaying their nuptials amid the uncertainty," the logline for Chicago P.D. Season 12, Episode 22, "Vows," teases. Reid is hellbent on destroying them, but like always, Voight (Jason Beghe) has one more trick up his sleeve. The problem is that it could destroy him. NBC released a sneak peek of the season finale episode airing on May 21, previewing the current state of things.
