BILLY Ray Cyrus confirmed his surprise relationship with Elizabeth Hurley over the Easter weekend – and it received a telling reaction from his kids.
The country music star, 63, shares five children with ex-wife Tish, 57 – Brandi, 37, Trace, 36, Miley, 32, Noah, 25, and Braison, 30. He is also dad to Christopher from another relationship.

But while Liz’s son Damian, 23, was quick to respond to a snap of the new couple sharing a kiss with a love heart emoji, none of Billy’s children have publicly acknowledged it.
Earlier this year Trace made it clear that there are tensions within the family with a damning open letter to his father following his controversial performance at President Trump’s inauguration.
It’s believed cracks started to appear when Billy and Tish divorced in 2023 after 20 years of marriage.
Although they announced the split with a typically amicable statement, she later insisted she’d only stayed with Billy through fears of being alone.
She added: “I didn’t even know until I had a new relationship that there was so much respect, how much disrespect there was in my marriage before, on both our parts.”
After Billy’s performance for Trump in January left fans divided, Trace wrote on social media: “It seems this world has beaten you down and it’s become obvious to everyone but you.
“We are all hanging on to memories of the man we once knew & hoping for the day he returns.
“Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years but you’ve pushed all of us away.”
A source later revealed Miley is determined to stay out of the family drama and claimed she’s been “keeping her distance”.
The insider told Newsweek: “She worked hard to remove herself. She’s not about to get involved again.
“She’s in a great place now. She’s thriving and looking out for herself.”
This week The Sun revealed Billy and Liz got together last year after first meeting in 2022.
A source said: “Liz has been keeping the whole thing under wraps and has barely told anyone.
“She wanted to make sure there was really something special between them before telling the world
“There has always been a spark, but he reached out again last year when his short-lived third marriage ended.
“He has had a really hard time, but she has been there helping him turn things around.”
