The incident, which occurred on June 11th, has since sparked a series of controversies and outrage amongst fans, debating the working conditions and safety measures taken on movie sets, especially in the case of risky stunts or scenes shot underwater. While there have been no official statements from the production house itself, reports suggest that an assistant cameraman and a few more crew members sustained injuries and were immediately given medical care after the incident took place.
