I Somehow Missed The James Bond Influence In Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

I somehow wasn't aware of the series' biggest influence going into Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. I wouldn't call myself a Hideo Kojima fan, per se; I adore both Death Stranding games, but I've always viewed MGS as nearly impenetrable. I have very little interest in playing the retro games, and I bounced off of The Phantom Pain shortly after it came out despite it being generally fun and interesting. I figured the remake of Snake Eater, the series' earliest game chronologically, would be a perfect place to properly give it a go.
