Tom Hardy’s new series, MobLand, has only three episodes remaining in its first season, but the show has been mostly well-received thus far. Hailing from creator Ronan Bennett and writer Jez Butterworth, Guy Ritchie directed several episodes of the Paramount+ series. While it may be a surprise, especially considering their overlap in styles, MobLand marks the first project of Ritchie’s that Hardy has starred in. The series follows Harry Da Souza (Hardy), a local crime fixer who is caught in the middle of two warring crime families. Hardy recently sat down for a tell-all interview with Esquire to talk about MobLand and his other new project, Havoc, and he revealed that he hasn’t always been the hottest on some of Ritchie’s projects:
