Percy Jackson and the Olympians still has several months to go before the arrival of its sophomore season, but fans of the Rick Riordan-inspired series won't be amiss if they seek out potential plotlines. Season 2 will bring the events of The Sea of Monsters to the fore, as the esteem of Walker Scobell's Percy Jackson continues to grow across Camp Half Blood and throughout the world of the Olympians. The new season will introduce characters such as Daniel Diemer as Tyson, Timothy Simons as Tantalus, Sandra Bernhard, Kristen Schaal, and Margaret Cho as the Gray Sisters, and Tamara Smart as Thalia. Diemer's arrival as Tyson means his character shares kinship with Scobell's Percy, as both are sons of the sea god, Poseidon.
