Whilst many called her a “retired baddie” and praised her youthful looks, others compared her to Madge Harvey, the sharp-tongued, sun-worshipping grandmother from the ITV sitcom Benidorm

Posting on social media, the content creator who describes herself as “old but fit” and believes that “age is just a number”, modelled two gorgeous bikinis for her followers.

The blonde-haired beauty, who is on a mission to “keep fit and healthy”, explained: “Checking my clothes for my holiday in Benidorm next week.”

Jenny, who is a size 10 and claimed to have a “young mind”, first showed off a gorgeous bikini, which she nabbed from Moda Minx.

But seconds later, she proudly posed in a blue matching set, which she ordered from TikTok shop for half the price.

Thrilled with her bargain, which was less than a tenner for the set, Jenny, who rocked a gorgeous tan, shared: “I discovered shopping on TikTok for bikinis.

“I think it’s £8 for them both together.

“Same style, same idea, quality is as good.”

She then added a beach cover-up, as she beamed: “Perfect over the bikini, one of my favourite colours, I’m certainly going to be packing this one.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @jennyoldbutfit, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 814,100 views in just six days.

Not only this, but at the time of writing, it had also amassed 45,700 likes, 1,372 comments and 56,000 shares.

Not only did people call the elderly woman a “diva” and an “icon”, but many eagerly rushed to the comments to praise Jenny’s youthful looks.

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist

LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.

“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.

Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.

Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.

One person said: “I know a retired baddie when I see one, you’re glowing.”

Another added: “I hope I look this good when I’m your age.”

A third commented: “I BETTER look like this when I’m older.”

Tips for finding swimwear that makes you feel confident

Pay attention to the fit

“The first thing to do is consider the fit. If your bikini or swimsuit doesn’t fit correctly, you could find yourself with straps that dig in, backs that ride up and tight or baggy briefs which could look unflattering. It should feel like a second skin and one you are confident in!”

Find your swimwear style

“It’s natural to want to follow trending styles and shapes but they may not necessarily make you feel your most comfortable.

“That being said, swimsuits are having a real resurgence this year and are a fairly universally flattering shape. Whether you prefer a sporty style or cut-out silhouette, these make a great option if you like to have more coverage than a bikini provides.

Take note of the material

“Different fabrics have different functions and will support your body in different ways, this will impact how your body looks and therefore how you feel.

“Powermesh linings are good for that extra tummy control, this fabric will usually be on the inside of control suits or briefs for that added support.

“Suits or bikinis with a higher elastane content are also beneficial for comfort as this provides extra stretch giving you better movement in your swimwear.”

Importance of colour

“The colour of your swimwear can also be key – choose colours you like and colours that complement your skin tone. Colour can have a big effect on how we look so nailing this will work wonders for your confidence.

“The same can be said for patterns. Certain patterns are great for creating illusions and hiding any small insecurities we may have.

“For example, vertical stripes in a swimsuit or bikini can give a more slimming illusion.”

A second tagged a friend and questioned: “The new Madge?”

Whilst someone else wrote: “Giving Madge.”

Meanwhile, another keyboard warrior slammed: “I’m so sorry but it’s a big no.”

But clearly unbothered by the rude remark, Jenny confidently clapped back and responded: “No problem but 650,000 views and likes and loads of sales.”
