Following this, the 59-year-old, who is from Germany and hasn’t had any plastic surgery or filler, explained the two daily habits she can’t recommend enough – dry brushing and cold showers.
Dry brushing is a skincare technique that involves using a brush with stiff bristles to exfoliate dry skin, typically before showering or bathing.
It is often seen as a way to stimulate circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and improve overall skin health and texture.
Meanwhile, cold showers are said to potentially contribute to a more youthful appearance by tightening pores and reducing puffiness.
Not only this, but turning the heat down on your daily wash can also stimulate collagen production, which can help improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.
The fashion and body positive influencer claimed that these habits will ensure you have “smooth, tight, glowing legs”.
The influencer, who loves posing in swimwear online, advised users to “thank me later” as she proudly showed off her eye-popping pins and stressed: “Don’t skip your legs in your routine.”
