How much…?

How much time do you devote to reading? Do you make it a point to read at a certain time?

Even if I’m busy all throughout the day, I try to make it a point to read just before going to bed. That little bit of downtime before going to bed is usually my time to read even if I can’t read at any point during the day time. Besides enjoying my time I get to read because I find it entertaining, I also find it relaxing. It helps me wind down from a long day at work if I spend a little time reading before I go to bed. It helps to quiet the mind down so I can fall asleep when it’s time to go to bed.

If I have to go wait in line somewhere, I may also take a book. It’ll help pass the time when I have to wait in line for something. I’ll also take my tablet with me if I travel. It has quite a few e-books on it so that I can read if I have any down time (like having to wait out a layover somewhere).
