Doctor Who season 15, episode 3, "The Well" saw the Doctor face a great threat who knew his real name, but that's no surprise considering their history. As the Doctor digs deeper into the mystery of Belinda, and tries to find a way to return to Earth in 2025, he has been forced to take the long way around, running into danger along the way. However, his recent encounter in a deep dark cave presented an unexpected run-in with an old familiar rival.
