Holyrood passes Brazilian butt lift law in clampdown on high risk cosmetic procedures

Tighter rules are to be introduced on beauty treatments like Brazilian butt lifts, neurotoxin injections such as Botox and fillers after MSPs voted in favour of regulation of 'higher-risk cosmetic procedures'.
