Despite marketing itself as an open-world RPG, there are many areas within Hogwarts Legacythat are not accessible to players, despite existing in canon. Of course, these areas could be part of the upcoming sequel, but with fans complaining of the lack of post-game updates for the Harry Potter-inspired RPG, Avalanche Software had ample opportunity to open up the grounds of Hogwarts following the game's launch back in 2023.
