Highly Anticipated Star Wars Series & More Disney+ Releases This Week

Disney+ brings interesting releases this week from August 3 to 9, including renewed series as well as brand-new titles to the streaming platform.

Fans may get pumped as the highly anticipated Star Wars: Visions presents The Ninth Jedi, which will also arrive with new episodes. It picks up a bit after the events of the shorts “The Ninth Jedi” and “The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope.” It centers on Lah Kara, who continues to train under Margrave Juro and later joins young trainees on a mission. This journey proves to be important for her self-discovery as well as for saving her father. She also comes face-to-face with a mysterious Sith leader, trying her best to stop him from spreading darkness across the galaxy.

This week’s release bundle will also include other new projects, such as CoComelon Playdates with Sanrio Friends and The Husband. Other series’ new seasons dropping in the coming days include Wizards Beyond Waverly Place Season 3 and Flex X Cop Season 2. For more releases, check the schedule below:
