Health Minister will not attend doctors’ union annual conference due to ‘long standing personal commitment’

Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill will not attend the annual meeting of the Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) which will be held at the end of the week because of “a long standing personal commitment”.
