Marisa Abela and showrunner Konrad Kay recently shared photos from the table read for the first episode of Industry's fourth season. This aligns with previous reports that production for this fourth season would start in March 2025.
Not much is known about the direction of Industry's fourth season. Showrunners Mickey Down and Konrad Kay previously alluded to taking inspiration from Michael Clayton and the desire "to write a corporate thriller".

-Harry Lawtey will NOT return to season four due to scheduling conflicts. In an interview with The Wrap, showrunners Down and Kay expressed their gratitude and appreciation for Lawtey, sadness about the scheduling conflicts, how the character had reached a conclusion, but that the door was also still open to Lawtey.

-Kiernan Shipka, Toheeb Jimoh, Jack Farthing, and Amy James-Kelly have all joined th cast for the fourth season. Shipka will play an executive assistant at Minghella's company, Jimoh will play a trader at a management firm, James-Kelly will play the new Labour Minister, and Farthing will play an old friend of Kit Harington's character.
-Myha'la, Marisa Abela, Ken Leung, Sagar Radia, Miriam Petche, and Kit Harington will all return for the fourth season.
